ASIC normally gives 60 days for you to pay the annual review fee (from the date of issuance), failure to pay within the due date will imply up to 2 layers of penalty fees

ASIC can also impose an ASIC-initiated deregistration if the annual review fee is not paid within 12 months of the due date
