Setup SMSF Form

Before you begin please have the below ready for ALL members of the fund and watch the video in case anything is unclear:

– Personal details incl. TFN, contact details
– Two forms of ID
– Super details incl. Fund Name, account number, balance
– Insurance details incl. Insurer, account number, insured amount
– Any assets and liabilities incl. value, any income from investment properties, repayments
– Director ID (please apply here if you don’t have one)
